Balfour Beatty is hiring an experienced Document Controller to support its Power Transmission & Distribution team on the BTNO (Bramford to Twinstead Network Reinforcement) project in Bramford, Suffolk.   • Assist the Document Control Manager with adoption and day-to-day use of BIM 360 on project sites.
  • Support project team members in preparing information for project outputs and reporting.
  • Help maintain dependable information exchange through a common data environment.
  • Support integration and coordination of information within the Information Model.
  • Check and assure information exchanges are delivered correctly.
  • Review information exchanges in the common data environment, confirm they meet agreed processes and procedures, and flag any non-compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with project team members and the employer to encourage a cooperative working culture.
  • Promote and support the BIM 360 NextGen strategic direction and help deliver project objectives.
  • Print construction drawings for site issue when needed.
  • Keep the Operational Master Document Register accurate and updated as actions are completed.
  • Run workflow processes for documents that need deliverable status.
