Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate staff assignments and manage subcontractors for maintenance and repair projects, ensuring adherence to quality and cost-effectiveness standards.
- Prepare quotations for additional and special orders; oversee invoice generation and verification.
- Maintain master data including supplier information and disposition parameters; provide telephone support to customers.
- Assist with both operational and strategic projects within daily business activities.
- Monitor deadlines and manage internal leave and substitution schedules.
Qualifications
- Completed technical training or commercial education with technical acumen.
- Previous experience in staff dispatching and subcontractor coordination within building services.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain an organized, structured approach.
