• Support the onboarding and training of new dispatch staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience serving as a dispatcher or in a comparable role
• Strong ability to organize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of GPS systems and dispatch software
• Capable of maintaining performance under high-pressure conditions
• Detail-oriented mindset combined with a focus on customer satisfaction
