About the Role
OnePulse Corporate Services Private Limited is seeking a talented, innovative, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive & IT Administrator to join their team at their Chennai office. This role involves overseeing the company's digital outreach, managing marketing campaigns, and maintaining office IT infrastructure and automation systems. It offers a dynamic environment to gain hands-on experience across several business brands, with significant growth and learning opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Administer company Facebook and Instagram business pages alongside WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Communities.
- Manage uploading and content curation for YouTube channels.
- Create compelling social media content and marketing creatives such as posters, banners, brochures, and logos using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Conduct basic video editing to enhance multimedia promotions.
- Perform IT maintenance tasks including troubleshooting computer hardware, printer, network, Wi-Fi issues, and managing office IT assets.
- Install and configure necessary software and systems.
- Support implementation and administration of Zoho software applications and oversee adoption of AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve business workflows and productivity.
- Monitor campaign progress and prepare analytical reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Knowledge and practical expertise with Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, YouTube channel management, and content creation.
- Understanding of logo design principles.
- Basic computer hardware and networking troubleshooting skills.
- Experience or willingness to learn Zoho software ecosystem.
- Competency with AI tools including ChatGPT for enhancing business operations.
- Effective communication abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in any field preferred; however, freshers with strong practical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years is desirable but not mandatory.
Work Schedule and Location
The position requires working onsite at OnePulse's office located at 5th Floor, Modern Tower, Door No.23, West Cott Road, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with Sunday designated as the weekly off day.
Compensation and Benefits
