Overview

Noxx is recruiting on behalf of another organization for a Digital Marketing Assistant position based in the United States and performed remotely. The role focuses on supporting the marketing team with online campaign execution, digital content management, and brand growth across multiple channels. It is suited to someone who is creative, detail-focused, and interested in developing practical experience in SEO, social media, email marketing, and content work.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan, build, schedule, and maintain digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with managing social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Update website pages and content through CMS tools like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace.
• Carry out entry-level SEO work, including keyword research and on-page improvements.
• Support email marketing activities such as newsletters, automation workflows, and contact list management.
• Review campaign results and prepare performance updates using tools like Google Analytics and social media dashboards.
• Contribute to content development, including captions, blog posts, and promotional copy.
• Keep an eye on digital trends and recommend ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Organize marketing materials, reports, and campaign calendars.

Skills and qualifications

• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Good attention to detail and solid organization.
• Ability to work without close supervision and manage several tasks at once.

Preferred background

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts or content pages.
• Exposure to SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Basic design or content-creation ability using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Prior remote work or internship exposure in marketing.

Work setup

The work arrangement may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on business requirements. Working hours can be flexible or follow a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is collaborative and includes training as well as growth opportunities.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers a salary of USD 7,658 to USD 8,766 per month. Additional benefits may include flexible scheduling, remote work access, training and career development, paid time off, and performance bonuses.
