About the Role
We are seeking a Development Manager to lead a prestigious luxury residential project located on Dubai Islands. This position involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design stages through to construction and final handover. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact among architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to guarantee timely delivery within budget and adherence to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project across all phases, including design development, obtaining approvals, construction, and final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the project meets its development goals.
- Oversee and control the project budget, scheduling, and quality standards during the entire execution process.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as technical, commercial, and sales teams to facilitate smooth project progression.
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and escalate challenges as necessary to maintain the project timeline.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering luxury residential projects within the UAE, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Dubai’s real estate market.
- Solid technical expertise with a background in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects comprehensively from conception through to completion and handover.
