Key Responsibilities

• Detail both interior and exterior of customer vehicles to dealership standards ensuring a clean and polished finish.
• Perform routine car detailing tasks such as vacuuming, deodorizing, washing, and applying paint sealants.
• Clean and polish wheels and rims using various hand-held tools and equipment.
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace while supporting the service team and adhering to safety procedures.
• Alert supervisors or technicians if vehicle parts need repair or replacement.
• Complete quality control checklists to guarantee exceptional service standards.
• Assist with other repair duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Demonstrated interest and knowledge in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience handling cleaning supplies, power washers, and detailing tools is advantageous.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities efficiently.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting, extended standing periods, and the use of power tools and handheld equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory.
