Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide array of bakery items following established recipes and standards to ensure uniform quality, taste, and presentation.
• Provide leadership and assistance to junior bakery staff, like Commis Chefs, ensuring effective bakery operations, especially during senior chef absences.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of baking stations, equipment, and storage areas in line with food hygiene regulations, always avoiding contamination.
• Monitor ingredient and finished product freshness and quality, oversee proper stock storage and rotation using FIFO system, and strive to minimize waste.
• Strictly comply with health and safety protocols, HACCP, and sanitation requirements to protect food safety and team health.
• Consistently deliver bakery products that delight guests, accommodating special requests to enhance their experiences.
