About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and active Delivery Partners to join our team for food and grocery deliveries through Swiggy Food and Instamart platforms. The role involves collecting orders from local restaurants and Instamart dark stores and delivering them safely and promptly to customers within a local radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers within the promised time.
• Pickup grocery and daily essential orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
• Utilize the Swiggy Delivery Partner App to accept orders, follow GPS navigation, and track daily earnings.
• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers while ensuring safe handling of orders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly earnings range from ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 depending on orders completed and hours worked.
• Joining bonus up to ₹10,000 awarded on meeting order targets during the initial joining period.
• Additional petrol or distance allowance paid per delivery based on distance covered.

Eligibility and Required Documents

• Minimum age of 18 years required.
• 10th standard pass or fail; no formal degree necessary.
• Possession of a bike or scooter with a valid driving license and vehicle registration certificate; cycles allowed for nearby deliveries.
• Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, driving license for two-wheelers, and bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payouts.
• Smartphone with Android OS supporting GPS and internet connectivity is essential.
