Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and responsible Delivery Executive to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. The role involves maintaining high customer satisfaction by adhering to delivery schedules and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and dispatch orders within the designated area.
- Ensure deliveries are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Verify delivery information such as customer address and contact details.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety guidelines.
