Job Overview

We are seeking Delivery Executives in Kolkata to partner with us in last-mile delivery services spanning various categories such as food, grocery, retail, gifts, courier, and e-commerce. Key Responsibilities

• Collect orders from partner outlets like stores, restaurants, warehouses, or fulfillment hubs and ensure prompt, secure delivery to customers.
• Handle deliveries for multiple segments including food, groceries, retail products, gifts, courier items, and e-commerce shipments.
• Maintain the quality and packaging integrity of all items during transit.
• Provide courteous, professional service to promote a positive customer experience.
• Follow all traffic laws, company delivery SOPs, and safety guidelines rigorously.
• Utilize designated delivery applications to update order status, track routes, and upload delivery proof.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 18 and 45 years, with valid government-issued identification.
• Open to working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic smartphone operation skills; app training will be provided.
• Access to reliable transportation such as a bike or scooter; company assistance available for those lacking a vehicle.
• Possession of a valid driving license where applicable, with support offered if needed.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and customer service orientation.
• Capability to navigate both urban and suburban routes efficiently and independently.
