Delivery Executive (Biker)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Executive to become part of our team in Surat, Gujarat. This role demands prompt and secure delivery of products to customers, assuring satisfaction and adherence to company standards throughout every dispatch.

Key Duties

• Deliver customer orders efficiently within designated time limits.
• Confirm delivery details for accuracy prior to departure.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid any damage.
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and customers.
• Collect payments on delivery where applicable (COD orders).
• Adhere to traffic regulations and company protocols.
• Ensure vehicle/bike cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Maintain necessary logs and complete documentation as required.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a two-wheeler are mandatory.
• Familiarity with local routes and area knowledge.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones for handling delivery applications.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service abilities.

Preferred Experience and Attributes

• Previous experience in delivery or logistics roles is advantageous.
• Physical capability to handle package lifting as per job demands.
