Become a Data Analyst at Southern California Edison (SCE) and contribute to building a sustainable future. In this role, you will develop data-driven solutions and key performance metrics to enhance SCE’s Income Qualified and Energy Efficiency programs, maintaining the company's position as an industry leader. Your work will support compliance efforts and help reduce carbon emissions to benefit air quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver reports on important metrics related to significant programs and initiatives.
• Design, build, and monitor automated KPI dashboards that track and measure key data points.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation and record keeping for project monitoring including costs, resources, schedules, and overall status for management review.
• Provide complex data analysis and business intelligence reports, including those with high visibility internally and externally, and respond to audit-related or special information requests.
• Lead research initiatives on various topics to collect timely data that supports decision making aligned with organizational priorities.
• Support process improvements by developing and updating systems and tools for efficient business operations, records management, and internal communications.
• Create and report on KPIs that evaluate the efficiency and success of projects and programs.
• Safeguard company assets and data privacy by adhering to strict standards of conduct and integrity in handling sensitive physical, financial, cybersecurity, and customer information.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in business operations analysis.
• Preferred skills include automation expertise and familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
• Experience with agentic AI tools like Copilot, Gemini, Claude is a plus.

Additional Information

• This position operates in a hybrid work environment: employees will work onsite at an SCE facility on certain days and can work remotely on others. Employees are expected to live and work within California unless otherwise specified. Work mode details will be clarified during the interview and may change based on company needs.
