Position Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize and zone the Dairy and Frozen departments effectively.
• Manage inventory by rotating stock to prevent expired products from being sold.
• Ensure all merchandise displays have accurate signage and pricing.
• Follow strict adherence to cold chain management protocols including thermometer calibration, temperature monitoring, product rotation, and compliance with sell-by and expiration dates.
• Implement proper food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning procedures consistently.
• Execute ordering, clearance processes, markups/markdowns, and labeling with precision according to procedures.
• Maintain promotional features and displays in the department.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris, foreign objects, or liquids.

Compensation

The starting minimum hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Qualifications and Requirements
