Customer Support Specialist - Korean Speech AI Evaluation (Remote)

Position Overview

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Korean Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to work remotely under an hourly contract basis. The specialist will be engaged in voice-based interactions with AI systems, providing critical assessments to enhance Korean language AI capabilities. This role offers flexibility with a commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week and a compensation rate of $10 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in brief voice conversations with AI models through a specified platform.
• Follow predetermined scenarios and prompts during AI interactions.
• Assess AI-generated responses focusing on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Submit objective ratings and constructive feedback based on project criteria.
• Complete tasks meeting defined quality and productivity standards independently.
• Contribute to improving Korean language AI systems through detailed voice evaluations.

Candidate Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Korean language.
• Fluent or advanced command of the English language.
• Skill in evaluating AI responses for correctness, contextual relevance, and quality.
• Preferred experience in AI-related activities such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data evaluation, quality assurance, or data annotation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively in a remote and flexible work setting.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate device for voice-based tasks.
