Core Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer support inquiries primarily via email and occasionally by phone.
- Support onboarding and training of new customers to ensure successful implementation of the Astalty platform.
- Develop clear documentation on new features and software updates to educate both new and existing users.
- Create tutorial videos and interactive guides to assist customers in resolving issues independently.
- Conduct training sessions on product features and recent changes for current clients.
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with the development team to address product improvement areas.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex challenges and contribute ideas for the company’s growth and product enhancement.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
- Technically proficient with the ability to explain complex, multi-step processes clearly to customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and provide clear resolutions.
- Self-motivated with a balanced approach to seeking help when necessary while striving for independent problem-solving.
- Direct and clear communication style to simplify problem explanations and solutions.
- Eagerness to learn about new technologies and the NDIS system, with a passion for the mission Astalty pursues.
- Experience with the NDIS or prior use of Astalty software is highly valued but not mandatory.
