Role Overview

A family-run cake studio in Dubai Marina is seeking a creative and self-driven Marketing & Customer Support Assistant. The role combines customer communication with day-to-day social media and light marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and messages through Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social channels.
• Make follow-up phone calls to customers whenever required.
• Assist with managing the studio’s Instagram presence and routine marketing tasks.
• Develop attractive content such as photos, short videos, stories, and reels.
• Prepare basic posters, flyers, and social media creatives using Canva.
• Support the studio in maintaining a polished, elegant, and consistent brand look.

Requirements

• Strong English fluency; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Canva, and social media handling.
• A creative approach with a strong sense of visual presentation and aesthetics.
• Comfort editing and producing short-form videos and reels.
• Well-organized, dependable, and able to work without close supervision.

Additional Information
