Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply committed to giving customers and their pets a smooth, supportive, and positive experience. What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle incoming customer photos and enjoy interacting with pet parents who share pictures of their cats and dogs.
  • Manage support conversations through email, live chat, phone, and direct messages, serving as the main contact for product and order-related questions.
  • Explain the value of fresh food diets and help customers understand how to begin using the product.
  • Improve customer support operations by creating templates, refining workflows, and spotting ways to make processes more efficient.
