Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for a remote contract role offering flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week. The pay rate is between $40 and $70 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and improve AI training scenarios and customer support processes tailored for various applications.
- Lead and oversee teams of operational and Customer Success analysts to maintain high standards and effective performance.
- Work collaboratively across departments to provide insightful feedback that improves both customer engagement strategies and AI training results.
- Analyze data from customer interactions and workflows using platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow in order to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and enhance customer service scenarios, knowledge base content, and escalation protocols grounded in practical challenges.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to operations teams while championing ongoing improvements.
- Use communication and organizational tools including Slack, Gmail, and calendar applications to coordinate team efforts efficiently in a remote setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in Customer Success Management or related fields, including leadership of Customer Success or operational analyst teams.
- Strong expertise with customer service software, notably Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and ServiceNow.
- Capability to design impactful AI training tasks, workflows, and realistic customer scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in delivering feedback and fostering cross-team collaboration.
- Fluency in using Slack, Gmail, and advanced calendar tools.
- Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced, technology-focused environments.
