Role Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of customer cases, addressing escalated and complex issues, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer queries effectively across multiple communication channels.
- Manage sensitive and complicated customer issues with empathy and sound judgment.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure each case is followed through to resolution.
- Adhere to company standards regarding tone, accuracy, and consistency in customer communication.
- Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve overall customer experience.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in customer support, preferably with a focus on quality assurance.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a friendly and clear manner.
- Show strong attention to detail and take ownership of outcomes.
- Have a dependable remote work setup and be comfortable working with support software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with consumer, retail, or e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge of helpdesk and CRM platforms.
- Experience in quality monitoring or process documentation.
