Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

Overview

The role involves serving as a Team Member in an Inbound Contact Center specializing in phone banking. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal capabilities and clear verbal articulation to ensure efficient communication with customers. Fluency in Hindi, Bengali, and English is essential, while additional regional languages are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding various products and services.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
• Operate CRM systems and other software tools pertinent to customer account management.
• Work flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating when necessary.
• Adhere to established call guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain service consistency.
• Strive to meet or surpass performance indicators such as call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to enhance service quality.
• Continuously update knowledge of product details and service changes to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must have completed graduation.
• Candidates without graduation must have a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Gujarati are required.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
• A male profile is preferred, capable of working evening and late night shifts from 3 PM to midnight or 4 PM to 1 AM.

Additional Details

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹216,000 to ₹264,000 annually. Immediate commencement is expected upon selection.
