Customer Service and Quotations Support with CAD Expertise

About the Role

Monarch Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a team member to support customer service, quotations, and CAD-related tasks within their industrial filtration and engineering operations located in Brendale, Queensland. This full-time position welcomes candidates with a positive mindset, the ability to be organized and detail-oriented, and an eagerness to develop technical product knowledge. Experience with the full product range is not required at the outset, as training will be provided.

Primary Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare and manage quotations for products and services.
• Assist in product selection and maintain communication with internal teams.
• Analyze drawings, dimensions, and technical details related to customer requests and jobs.
• Support tasks involving CAD software, particularly Fusion 360, for quoting and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate between the workshop, sales team, and customers to keep job information organized.
• Provide assistance to customers submitting drawings, CAD files, or physical samples for custom solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable learning about technical products and their applications.
• Able to juggle administrative duties along with technical support responsibilities.

• Team-oriented and supportive in collaborative workplace environments.

Preferred Experience

• Customer service or internal sales support background.
• Experience in preparing quotations or managing customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CAD software and interpreting technical drawings.
• Exposure to engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial product sectors.
• Competent with computer skills to manage product and job data confidently.
• Applications from candidates with limited experience but strong motivation will be considered.
