Role Overview

The Perfect Match Makers is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture client relationships throughout their matchmaking experience. This position requires dedication to providing excellent service and maintaining trust with clients from their initial contact until the successful fulfillment of their matchmaking journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolios professionally from their initial onboarding to successful completion.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to clearly understand their preferences and matchmaking requirements.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings between prospective brides, grooms, and their families to explore compatibility.
• Participate in client meetings both within the office environment and at external locations as needed.
• Identify and propose match candidates aligned with clients' individual preferences and compatibility factors.
• Provide continuous updates and solicit feedback through regular communication with clients.
• Establish and sustain strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and support.
• Accurately maintain client information within the company's CRM or database systems.
• Follow up diligently with clients concerning meetings, feedback received, and subsequent steps in the matchmaking process.
• Handle sensitive client data with strict confidentiality and uphold professional ethics at all times.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to meet client satisfaction targets and support organizational goals.
