Job Overview
This position focuses on driving business growth and meeting targets within a designated region by leading a team of Sales Managers. The role involves boosting overall sales effectiveness by guiding and supporting the team in customer acquisition and service activities, ensuring process adherence, and fostering valued business for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve premium and non-premium acquisition contribution targets to support company growth through continuous engagement with Sales Managers.
- Conduct regular productivity reviews and encourage participation in all organizational rewards and recognition initiatives.
- Convert key prospects into customers effectively.
- Facilitate smooth sales and operational processes by communicating process changes and providing training on rule modifications.
- Support sales and service operations including sales calls, issuance, and complaint resolution.
- Manage expenses prudently by evaluating necessity, securing commitments before budget allocation, and maintaining expense tracking per Sales Manager.
- Optimize team productivity by allocating responsibilities based on resource strengths and business unit opportunities.
- Recruit, develop, and train team members to enhance performance.
- Ensure profitable business acquisition by continuously reviewing business, engaging customers through welcome calls, and analyzing business methodologies.
- Meet persistency targets by timely communicating with customers and resolving queries to facilitate renewal processes.
- Support lead generation efforts in collaboration with central lead sources and explore innovative prospecting strategies.
- Mentor, supervise, and coach the team, providing both on-the-job and classroom training for skill growth.
