Customer Care Executive

Job Overview

The role entails managing incoming customer inquiries and requests effectively. The position focuses on promoting and upselling various banking products, including upgrades for debit and credit cards, EMI conversions on credit card dues, loan top-ups for home and personal loans, and insurance products.

Work Details

• Work arrangement: Office-based (no remote work)
• Shift schedule: 9 hours daily, six days a week with rotating weekly offs
• Shift timing specifics: Males engage in 24x7 rotational shifts, females work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM only
• Dress code: Formal attire Monday to Friday; semi-casual on weekends

Candidate Profile and Language Requirements

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills in multiple language sets, including English with Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or several regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Odia, and Punjabi. Additional knowledge of other regional languages is considered advantageous. Clear, fluent speech is essential; familiarity with the language must go beyond basic understanding or MTI.

Both fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

• Monthly salary range: 18,000 to 21,000 INR, with opportunities to earn incentives increasing total pay up to 23,000 INR or more
