About the Role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Customer Support Executives specializing in the chat support (non-voice) process at a leading BPO company based in Gurugram. This role involves addressing customer inquiries through chat, offering precise product details, and ensuring customers have positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle and resolve customer questions via chat.
• Deliver accurate and detailed information regarding the products.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores consistently.
• Achieve daily targets related to handling multiple concurrent chats.
• Record all customer interactions with precision and clarity.

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualification: graduates or those yet to graduate are eligible.
• Proficient written English skills are essential.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.
• Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and independently.
