Customer Care Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to manage customer service operations for our e-commerce brand. This full-time, remote position involves addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction across multiple digital communication platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
• Resolve order-related concerns and manage customer complaints efficiently.
• Liaise with courier and shipping partners to coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with all customers.
• Update customer records and monitor order statuses regularly.

Prerequisites

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ownership of a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet access.
• Fundamental knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping processes.
• Responsible with the ability to respond swiftly to customer requests.

Additional Details

• Employment Type: Full-time work from home with flexible working hours.
• Compensation: ₹5,000 per month with an additional ₹2,000 performance-based incentive.
