About the Role

Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic individuals to join as Customer Care Executives specializing in both Voice and Sales domains. The position involves managing customer inquiries, solving issues efficiently, and promoting company products and services to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, providing detailed information on products and services.
• Assess customer requirements, clarify doubts, and successfully finalize sales orders.
• Maintain superior customer satisfaction levels by delivering effective resolutions to problems.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and company goals consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education level required is completion of 12th grade.
• Applicants should be aged between 18 and 30 years.
• Must possess strong communication abilities in both English and Hindi.
• Capable of handling customer queries with appropriate solutions promptly.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous but not essential.
