Job description
Role Overview
This position involves actively reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls to promote and sell credit cards. The candidate will explain product features and benefits clearly in Hindi, handle customer queries promptly, and ensure smooth processing of applications. Maintaining accurate call records and timely follow-ups are also integral parts of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients through outbound calls using provided leads or data.
- Clearly explaining credit card features such as offers, interest rates, cashback, rewards, and credit limits in straightforward Hindi.
- Resolving any customer doubts or questions regarding credit cards immediately.
- Generating leads by verifying eligibility and KYC information of interested customers and completing the application process.
- Following up with customers who have not given immediate responses at scheduled intervals.
- Accurately documenting call outcomes (Interested, Not Interested, Call Back) using software or Excel sheets.
