Responsibilities

Source and onboard influential global crypto content creators.
Formulate and execute strategies to engage and retain creators, acting as the intermediary between creators and internal departments.
Manage a key portfolio of global crypto creators, monitoring community performance indicators such as engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Design and implement community growth initiatives and creator-driven marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and foster stronger community connections through collaborations.
Facilitate interactive sessions including AMA events, interviews, and other community-led activities with creators.
Stay informed on the latest developments, trends, and competitive landscape within the crypto industry, identifying rising creators and market opportunities.

Requirements

At least three years of professional experience in partnership management, affiliate marketing, or cross-channel marketing, ideally within the cryptocurrency sector.
Active involvement or strong network access within the crypto creator community.
Excellent interpersonal abilities for cultivating relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills to coordinate with global partners; additional proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Ukrainian is beneficial.
Proficient analytical skills to interpret data and develop impactful strategies.
Highly motivated and goal-driven individual capable of working independently as well as effectively collaborating with a remote global team.
Up-to-date understanding of marketing trends and best practices, specifically related to crypto.
