Role Overview
Rividium Inc is hiring a Creative Director / Art Director to contribute to its planned MODES III team in support of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP). The role is part of Outreach & Engagement Services and is focused on producing communications that advance mission goals for service members, families, and other stakeholders. The position is contingent on contract award.
Leadership Scope
This is a lead-level position, intended for candidates with 15+ years of experience. The selected professional will support the assigned PWS task area, bring subject matter expertise, carry out operational work, and provide measurable performance reporting tied to task objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the visual direction and guide creative development for mission-driven campaigns and digital assets.
- Turn ideas, messaging, and audience requirements into strong visuals suitable for digital and print use.
- Work closely with writers, strategists, and multimedia specialists to build integrated content deliverables.
- Support the creation of visual outputs that meet accessibility, usability, and overall quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or comparable professional experience.
- Experience that aligns with the role and labor category, including lead-level support and subject matter contribution.
- Ability to meet applicable government personnel security requirements and work with sensitive but unclassified information.
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and documentation within a mission-focused delivery setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting public sector, defense, or mission-oriented digital communications work.
- Exposure to audience analytics, user-centered design, accessibility, and performance tracking for content.
- Experience working across content, design, stakeholder engagement, social media, and campaign functions.
Work Location
The role is based in the Alexandria, Virginia area. On-site presence at the DoD Mark Center or another customer-approved location may be required. Hybrid support in Alexandria is expected, with on-site work as needed by the customer.
