Creative Coordinator, PV Studio AI

Job Summary

The Creative Production Assistant supports the Head of Animation at AI Studios by contributing across all phases of greenlit projects including development, production, and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Animation Executives to assist on various tasks.
• Manage and organize project submissions, pitches, production workflows, and post-production activities.
• Track development and progress of approved projects, review pitches, treatments, and episode submissions with detailed notes.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments such as marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production, and post-production teams, as well as external partners.
• Create and maintain interdepartmental tracking grids and data management systems.
• Oversee the database of series assets and assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct industry research to monitor competitors, deals, trends, and key players in the animation and production space.
• Provide support and shadow creative projects to gain deeper insights.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as an assistant in a studio or production company, or minimum 1 year as a creative executive.
• Ability to evaluate industry talent and stay current with emerging trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and applications.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the digital video production ecosystem.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the latest AI tools and trends shaping the next generation technology sector.

Additional Information

This role is based in Culver City, CA and requires onsite presence.
