Role Overview

This creative content creator position is a mini-job based onsite in Berlin requiring roughly 10 hours weekly. The role entails transforming creative briefs into polished, high-quality visual content tailored for international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Meta advertising graphics for various international markets.
• Generate lifestyle and campaign visuals using AI tools.
• Perform advanced editing, compositing, and retouching utilizing Photoshop.
• Create short videos and Instagram Reels.
• Design engaging visuals for newsletters and social media channels.
• Provide support for social media activities and community management as needed.

A Typical Assignment

For example, a brief might be: "Develop a dark, bold campaign for the Charles Crocodile collection targeting the USA, with copy reading ‘There’s bold. Then there’s Charles.’ Deliver formats suitable for square and vertical Meta ads." The candidate should independently produce refined visual concepts from such briefs.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proficiency in Photoshop with advanced editing skills.
• Experience with AI image generation platforms such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with video editing software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with fashion, jewelry, and luxury branding.
• Ability to deliver high-quality visuals efficiently.
• Dependability, meticulousness, and responsiveness to feedback.
• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written.

Additional Advantages

• Background working with brands or in e-commerce.
