Job description
Role Overview
The CPL Field Specialist is entrusted with ensuring the safe, efficient, and dependable delivery of PSD services to clients. This role involves identifying improvement opportunities, enforcing standard procedures, and managing risks associated with service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee accuracy and timely completion of job deliverables.
- Oversee execution of service delivery operations.
- Engage in job risk assessments and support ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote company products and services.
- Comply with company and regulatory standards by conducting CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive performance improvements through action plans.
- Contribute to HSE and Quality programs, adhering strictly to PPE protocols and safety policies.
- Maintain all mandated safety training certifications.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience with Liner Hanger operations, including:
- Cemented Liner Hanger applications (hydraulic and mechanical).
- Non-cemented Liner Hanger applications (hydraulic and mechanical), Open Hole and Cemented (MSF) systems, and Off-Bottom Cement applications.
- Solid understanding of hydraulic calculations relevant to liner hanger activities.
- Good grasp of completion design principles and operational planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with completion engineering software.
- Able to interpret technical drawings, engineering calculations, and procedural documents.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with Aramco standards.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in field operations.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
