Corporate Tie Up Executive

Job Overview

As a Corporate Tie Up Executive, you will be responsible for forging and nurturing strong links with corporate entities and HR professionals to facilitate recruitment, internships, and industry collaborations. The role involves liaising with organizations to understand their hiring needs and coordinating campus drives and placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain effective relationships with corporate companies and HR teams.
• Engage with businesses to source opportunities for placements, internships, and joint ventures.
• Work alongside HR departments to gather job requirements and facilitate recruitment processes.
• Organize interviews and campus hiring initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with corporate contacts.
• Create and update a comprehensive database of corporate relationships and available opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal placement and counseling teams to ensure smooth hiring workflows.
• Generate periodic reports detailing corporate interactions, leads, interviews, and successful placements.
• Meet or exceed targets related to corporate tie-ups and placement goals.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Effective negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic IT proficiency.
• Confidence in telephonic conversations, email correspondence, and meetings.
• Readiness to travel for corporate engagements as necessary.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and achieve objectives.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities encouraged to apply.

Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree or MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or allied disciplines.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges from 10,000 to 30,000 INR.
