About Article and the Role

Article, based in Vancouver, BC, is reshaping the furniture industry since 2013 by developing impactful solutions. As a Copywriter, you will play a crucial role crafting brand-centric content that brings to life Article's product stories across a variety of platforms including advertising, campaigns, and editorial projects. You will collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging that resonates with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming and contribute innovative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and channel strategies.
• Maintain consistency in messaging across multiple channels, managing assignments from ideation to delivery.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling, customer-focused copy that performs well on digital platforms.
• Develop engaging omni-channel storytelling that highlights product benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative teams, and other stakeholders to create impactful in-market ideas.
• Manage and execute multiple creative assignments ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with briefs.
• Use G Suite and Slack tools for communication and workflow, with a choice of Mac or PC devices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in copywriting or related content marketing roles.
• Proven ability to write customer-facing content for emails, e-commerce sites, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio demonstrating adapted messaging across customer journey stages, including email and website copy.
• Experience interpreting creative briefs and collaborating with stakeholders to meet audience and business goals.
• Skilled at writing within an established brand voice and managing approval processes.
• Able to handle high-volume, recurring assignments with consistency and precision.
• Experience in consumer product, retail, or e-commerce writing preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, determined by skills, experience, and market data.
