Job Overview
Dayli Deli is looking for a meticulous and hygienic cook to join our hospital cafeteria team. This role involves food assembly and warming within a clean, quiet environment without any use of deep-frying, smoke, or open flames.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble meals such as signature rice bowls, mini pizzas, momos, and Maggi using commercial steamers, convection ovens, and induction cooktops.
- Make functional beverages including protein shakes, fresh juices, coffees, and teas using machines.
- Portion fresh fruit bowls and use only 100% RO-purified water for all preparations.
- Maintain high hygiene standards by following daily health checks, wearing uniforms and hairnets consistently.
- Adhere strictly to hospital sanitation and waste management protocols.
- Serve all food items in biodegradable packaging to ensure environmental responsibility.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work in a clean and controlled kitchen environment.
- Comfort with daily health verification and strict hygiene practices.
- Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment such as steamers, ovens, and induction cooktops safely and efficiently.

This position requires on-site presence at the hospital cafeteria located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. The working environment prohibits use of deep-frying and open flames to maintain a smoke-free, zero-mess kitchen area.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 12000 and 17000 INR.
