Contract Manager

Overview

Lead both operational and strategic management aspects of security contracts primarily focused on client satisfaction, optimal staff deployment, and preservation of discipline at the mining site.

Key Duties

• Promptly reconcile client invoices as per agreements.
• Allocate personnel effectively to various roles and analyze employee turnover rates.
• Ensure sufficient security staffing, including backups and contingency teams.
• Enforce G4S's code of conduct and disciplinary policies to maintain workplace discipline among all team members.
• Maintain solid client relations to support continued business retention.
• Prioritize transparent communication with clients through proper notifications and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare and present security key performance indicator reports to senior management.
• Utilize only trained and certified security officers consistently onsite.
• Seek new business prospects for operational expansion, especially through integrated security solutions.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments regarding security operations.
• Daily verify presence and readiness of site-related instructions, communication devices, and emergency contact availability.
• Inspect the serviceability of all security equipment regularly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Security Management, or related discipline.
• Additional certification in Security is advantageous.
• Experienced in surveillance, investigations, and incident documentation.
• Well-versed in security protocols and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to lead large teams effectively.
• At least 3 to 5 years' experience in security operations, preferably within mining or industrial sectors.
