Construction / Site Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Foreman to manage and supervise construction activities within the Delhi-NCR region. This role involves ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, within scope, and meet safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily site operations to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure all construction work aligns with project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other involved parties to facilitate smooth progress.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
• Document site activities accurately through reports, logs, and necessary paperwork.
• Support project planning and execution phases as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen technical challenges promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar capacity, ideally between 1 to 3 years.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and applicable legal requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
