Available 24/7 via a proprietary platform, our concierge team handles requests ranging from premium dining experiences to exclusive upgrades at top-tier resorts, redefining concierge for the modern era.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage effectively with clients, restaurants, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service across dining, experiences, and retail requests.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure swift resolution of member inquiries and challenges.
• Provide members with detailed product demonstrations and membership overviews.
• Manage and fulfill comprehensive member requests from initiation to completion.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated background in luxury concierge services or hospitality sectors.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive, can-do attitude prioritizing solutions (“yes first” mindset).
• Knowledgeable about upscale experiences, luxury products, and fine dining.
• Experience interacting with high net worth clients.
• Entrepreneurial approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clarity and effectiveness.
• Experience in transparent, collaborative work environments.
• Capacity to perform well under pressure meeting tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions

This position is permanent and fully remote; applicants must reside within the United Kingdom.
