Company Driver

Position Overview

Noble House Trading & Services seeks a dedicated full-time Company Driver to operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently within Doha, Qatar. The role involves transporting materials between company sites, clients, and suppliers while maintaining strict adherence to safety and scheduling requirements.

Primary Duties

• Safely drive company trucks along planned routes to facilitate timely deliveries.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational condition.
• Load and unload cargos properly, ensuring goods are secured and handled according to company policies.
• Manage delivery documentation accurately for all transported materials.
• Comply strictly with local traffic laws and organizational safety protocols.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers regarding schedules and any travel delays.
• Keep vehicles clean and perform routine maintenance checks for optimal performance.
• Represent the company with professionalism during all client and colleague interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven expertise in operating commercial trucks, including various types, ensuring safe handling.
• Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License or equivalent heavy vehicle license recognized in Qatar, accompanied by a clean driving history.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Customer service aptitude to maintain courteous interactions at all times.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections and routine maintenance procedures to ensure safety.
• Familiarity with Doha and broader Qatar traffic regulations, routes, and safety standards.
• Physical capability to manage loading and unloading cargo safely and according to procedures.
• Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility to work varying schedules including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
• Previous experience as a commercial or company driver preferred; completion of high school or equivalent considered advantageous.
