Job description

About Bush Clinicians Group

Bush Clinicians Group (BCG) is an Indigenous-led, vertically integrated platform concentrating on regulated skincare and sun care markets. The organisation prioritizes Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) governance throughout its entire supply chain—from sourcing botanical knowledge to formulation, manufacturing, and distribution. Operating both in Australia and the USA, BCG ensures products meet rigorous scientific validation and regulatory compliance, facilitating multiple commercial models such as owned brands, white-label offerings, and institutional collaborations. This model incorporates governance, consent, and revenue-sharing to leverage regulatory shifts into commercial benefits.

The daily work involves managing relationships with commercial partners, coordinating sales activities, preparing business proposals and relevant documentation, and maintaining precise records within CRM and reporting platforms. The officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize commercial strategies with governance, supply chain, and regulatory frameworks, while also offering superior customer service to clients and partners.
