Role Overview
The chosen applicant will be instrumental in establishing Augustus Media's footprint in Jeddah. This position centers on spearheading business development initiatives, securing key partnerships, amplifying revenue streams, and fortifying the local brand and platform presence. Ideal candidates have a deep understanding of digital media dynamics, possess robust knowledge of the Jeddah market, and are enthusiastic about growing a brand in a fresh market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and cultivate new business prospects for Augustus in Jeddah.
- Develop and sustain strong partnerships with clients, brands, agencies, and strategic stakeholders.
- Pitch and secure commercial deals including branded content and advertising opportunities.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of leads and revenue-generating prospects.
- Serve as Augustus' representative in Jeddah, fostering a solid commercial network.
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the Jeddah office and help establish the local setup.
- Collaborate with content and editorial teams to align commercial initiatives with brand goals and audience interests.
- Provide market insights to promote platform and brand growth within Jeddah.
- Participate in commercial planning and strategy development for the Jeddah market.
- Engage in weekly meetings to discuss business development and commercial plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial management, business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
- Strong background in social media, digital media, digital marketing, or digital management.
- Deep understanding of digital media platforms, branded content, and strategies for audience growth.
- Proven track record in spotting opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue increases.
- Insightful knowledge of the Jeddah market with an existing local network highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Commercially skilled with an ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
- Must be a Saudi National.
