Coding and Robotics Instructor

About the Role

Create Mind Studio is seeking an enthusiastic Robotics and Coding Instructor to lead hands-on educational sessions for students within their Innovation Lab located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The instructor will focus on teaching Robotics, Coding, basic Artificial Intelligence concepts, and logical reasoning through dynamic and project-based learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Robotics and Coding lessons aligned with school schedules.
• Deliver interactive and developmentally appropriate educational sessions for students.
• Utilize robotics kits and coding platforms to encourage experiential learning.
• Maintain and organize Innovation Lab equipment and learning environment.
• Foster creativity, analytical thinking, and innovative problem-solving abilities among students.
• Prepare and submit daily reports detailing session activities and student progress to headquarters.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills with effective classroom management capabilities.
• Genuine passion for educating children and facilitating engaging experiences.
• Fundamental understanding of Coding, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Logical Thinking.
• Capability to make learning sessions enjoyable and interactive.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, and block-based platforms like Scratch or MIT App Inventor.
• Experience working with hardware including Arduino and Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
• Basic knowledge of simulation software such as Tinkercad and introductory AI/Machine Learning concepts.
• Educational background including BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, Computer Science, or closely related fields.
• Fresh graduates with solid foundational knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Salary

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 15,000 and 35,000 INR.
