Role Summary
We are looking to welcome a proactive and enthusiastic clinical administrator to our team in Naas, County Kildare. This role involves significant engagement with service users and offers full training and developmental support tailored to the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Services and the wider department with administrative duties as assigned.
- Arrange clinical appointments to support both service users and clinicians effectively.
- Manage and update a central repository for all inquiries, new admissions, and referrals.
- Maintain service level agreements with the HSE as directed.
- Keep accurate and current records in IT systems such as Penelope.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and prepare required reports.
- Manage complex diary schedules when required.
- Organize clinical meetings, including preparation of agendas and recording minutes.
- Record and update incident reports relating to service users throughout the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a social care environment.
- Strong proficiency in IT with an advanced understanding of the necessary technology for the role.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact clearly and concisely with colleagues, management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Possession of a full clean driver's license.
- Positive professional demeanor with empathy and understanding towards others' needs.
- Strong organizational abilities, self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
