Role overview
Cuscal’s Commercial and Business teams sit at the centre of the organisation, helping drive client growth, manage compliance and finances, and support a strong workplace culture. In this position, you’ll help advance Cuscal’s business goals while contributing to the future of payments in Australia.
What you’ll do
As a Client Success Officer, you’ll work to lift client satisfaction, deepen relationships, and ensure customers get the fullest possible value from Cuscal’s products and services. You will support strategic priorities while creating value for clients, teammates, and the wider business.
- Develop trusted, everyday relationships with clients and serve as their main point of contact.
- Assist with service delivery and help coordinate responses to client questions, concerns, and issues.
- Spot opportunities to improve outcomes and enhance the client experience overall.
What you’ll need
To perform well in this role, you should bring experience in client service, account management, customer success, or relationship management. You’ll also need strong analytical thinking, solid problem-solving ability, and the communication and stakeholder skills required to work effectively across teams and with clients.
You may stand out if you have worked in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech, and if you understand client onboarding, service management, or operational workflows. A proven ability to build lasting client partnerships and identify opportunities for growth will also be valuable.
