About the Role
As a Client Advisor at CELINE, located in Singapore, you will report directly to the Team Manager and play an integral role in driving sales growth while delivering a superior client experience. Your enthusiasm for CELINE’s collections and dedication to quality service will help foster meaningful client connections that reflect the brand’s timeless elegance and sophistication. Collaboration with your team will be key to maintaining CELINE’s esteemed brand reputation in every engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the store's commercial success by meeting and surpassing sales targets, leveraging extensive product knowledge and a strong business acumen.
- Engage proactively with clients to identify their desires and provide customized recommendations, including complementary products, to elevate their CELINE experience; use cross-selling to maximize sales potential.
- Promote a supportive team environment by working closely with colleagues to achieve shared and individual objectives, fostering motivation and positivity.
- Create unforgettable client journeys by offering warm welcomes, expert advice, and unparalleled service that cultivates enduring loyalty.
- Establish and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling techniques and strategic cross-selling to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and store procedures to guarantee smooth, efficient operations.
- Represent CELINE as a brand ambassador by exemplifying the Maison’s values in all client communications.
- Share captivating stories about the brand’s heritage and products to deepen client connection and appreciation.
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and personal grooming to uphold CELINE’s elegant image.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year professional sales experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
- A passion for luxury fashion and thorough understanding of CELINE’s product range, heritage, and brand identity.
- Client-focused attitude emphasizing exceptional service and relationship building.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of service, curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility suited for a fast-paced retail environment.
- A strong ethical foundation and dedication to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Work Environment & Location
This position is based at Marina Bay Sands and Ngee Ann City in Singapore.
