Client Advisor

Main Purpose

Your core responsibility will be to provide a bespoke premium client experience by combining expert knowledge with a humble and curious approach. Building genuine, lasting connections with clients to ensure they feel valued, delivering what they desire and aspire to, and transforming them into loyal brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and nurture client relationships by delivering outstanding and unique in-store experiences through welcoming every customer warmly, upholding excellent standards, possessing thorough product knowledge, and maintaining exceptional customer service at all interaction points.
• Collaborate with Boutique and local management teams to create and support plans for in-store as well as external events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and consistent client data to enable effective follow-up and relationship development, leveraging available tools and identifying potential engagement opportunities.
• Consistently meet or surpass sales targets while adhering strictly to retail policies and procedures.
• Perfect all critical aspects of the sales process, including asking insightful questions to engage customers, actively listening to their needs to provide suitable solutions, and ensuring repeat visits to the boutique.
• Confidently handle negotiations and overcome objections.
• Provide after-sales support in alignment with company values.
• Serve as a knowledgeable reference, offering recommendations that enhance the customer experience.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.

• Represent the brand passionately by showcasing in-depth knowledge of the company’s heritage, values, and codes, and convey compelling stories that connect with customers.
• Give detailed explanations of the brand’s pieces and collections, covering craftsmanship, materials, maintenance, and design to highlight their uniqueness.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the collections to promote the distinctiveness of the timepieces, tailoring the approach to individual customers.
• Comply rigorously with all security and operational policies set by the company, Maison, and boutique.
• Support daily boutique operations such as preparing and closing the store, reporting maintenance needs, and assisting with merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Contribute actively to inventory counts and audits.
• Participate in special projects including price adjustments and back-office support as required.
