About the Role
We are seeking motivated and detail-focused fresh graduates for the position of Claims Processor. This role offers a gateway into the Insurance Operations sector. Responsibilities include evaluating, validating, and handling insurance claims while adhering strictly to quality standards and established protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately examine and process insurance claims following standard procedures.
- Confirm that claim documentation is thorough and complete.
- Enter data precisely and uphold high productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Detect inconsistencies or missing data and refer them appropriately.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Achieve daily goals related to efficiency and quality.
- Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and process guidelines.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Open only to graduates of 2025 or 2026.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in any field such as B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, or BBM.
- Fresh graduates without prior full-time experience are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to develop new skills are essential.
Work Schedule and Location
- Night shift; candidates must be comfortable working during these hours.
- Work is based onsite at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
