Civil Project Manager (Client Side / PMC)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of expertise, ideally in handling industrial, factory, warehouse, or commercial building projects. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial planning through to successful completion, ensuring all aspects align with specifications, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and track civil project activities according to drawings, technical specifications, quality benchmarks, budget constraints, and scheduled timelines.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate analyses, and develop tender documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor project progress including costs, quality assurance, safety protocols, and workforce efficiency.
• Review and verify contractor measurements, payment bills, change variations, and claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines such as MEP, HVAC, electrical, fire fighting systems, interior works, and other related services to facilitate smooth civil construction integration.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved blueprints, Indian Standards (IS), safety guidelines, and statutory regulatory requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project records including documentation, progress reports, inspection logs, and final handover paperwork.
• Identify potential project risks, delays, and financial impacts promptly and implement corrective measures to mitigate them.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory.
• Proven 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in civil project or site execution management.
• In-depth knowledge of reinforced cement concrete (RCC), structural works, masonry, finishing, waterproofing solutions, and external works is essential.
• Competence in BOQ preparation, project estimation, billing procedures, and cost management are required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with MS Project is an additional advantage.
• Excellent coordination, communication, analytical problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
